The company which was appraised as the hi-tech enterprise of Shandong Province in 2004 has tire cord fabric and belting fabric production and processing experiences summed up in dozens of years and has brought up a number of experienced technical people of various kinds of professions. Among whom 325 are technical persons having different kinds of technologies and more the 200 are intermediate and high level technical professionals.

  The company is now concurrently the chairman unit and standing director of the China National Rubber Industry Association, the deputy chief director of the Reinforcement Commission of the China National Rubber Industry Association, a member of Rubber Hose and Belt Council and a member of Tyre Council affiliated to China National Rubber Industry Association and the deputy chief of Shandong Province Rubber Industry Association.

   “The Fibre Reinforcement Research and Development Centre of the China National Rubber Industry Association” co-established by the company and the China National Rubber Industry Association in June of 2007 has become the only professional fibre reinforcement research and development institute within China.

   The more than 70 sets of advanced testing and analyzing equipment originally equipped in the company’s technical centre, such as the electronic single yarn universal testing machine, the hot air shrinkage testing machine and the double-dip dipping testing machine, etc. are up to the leading advanced level within China’s same industry and the yarn testing machine, the cord anti-fatigue testing machine and the fire-retard testing machine newly bought with expenditure of ten million RMB in 2007 are all first class testing equipment within China.

   The company’s 14 new products, such as the dipped straight warp and straight weft belting fabrics, anti-tear tire cord fabrics, the dipped Oxford fabrics for flexi tanks, the dipped rigid tire cord fabrics, the dipped blended Kevlar tire cord fabrics have been applied for the company’s patents. Such fabrics and their production technologies have filed the gap in the country’s same industry and they represent the development direction and the leading advancement.
