 Its annual production capacity is 30,000 tons.
     The main production equipments, such as polyester HMLS industrial filament production line, cablecorders, twisting frames,two-for-one twist machine, doubling machine, rapier looms,air jet looms, tension creels, double-dip dipping lines, were imported from Germany and the United States of America. The dipped ordinary polyester and HMLS polyester tire cord fabrics, nylon tire cord fabrics,EP belting fabrics,NN belting fabrics, polyester belting fabrics, polyester/cotton belting fabrics, kevlar belting fabrics, glassfibre belting fabrics, fishing net fabrics and dam-building fabrics developed and produced by the company are being widely used in manufacturing rubber tyres, V-belts,conveyor belts, hoses, flak jackets, flexible oil tanks for military purposes, fishing nets and rubber dams etc.. The products are being sold to more than 150 enterprises scattered in over 20 provinces and quantitatively exported to more than 50 countries and regions.

     The company is now concurrently the chairman unit and standing director of the China National Rubber Industry Association, the deputy chief director of the Reinforcement Commission of the China National Rubber Industry Association, a member of Rubber Hose and Belt Council and a member of Tyre Council affiliated to China National Rubber Industry Association and the deputy chief of Shandong Province Rubber Industry Association.
